Fulfillment Policy

Refund Policy

All fees paid for services are non-refundable. Once work has begun on a project, payments made are final. If you have any concerns regarding your project, please reach out immediately to discuss potential resolutions.

Delivery Policy

Services are delivered according to the timeline agreed upon in the contract. Final deliverables, including copywriting and SEO content, will be provided electronically via email or a shared document. Clients must provide all necessary materials in a timely manner to ensure project deadlines are met.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, returns are not accepted. If there are issues with the deliverables, revisions may be requested in accordance with the terms of the contract.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. If the client terminates the agreement without cause, they agree to compensate for all services rendered up to the termination date, including non-cancelable expenses. If a deposit was paid, it is non-refundable but will be applied toward completed work.

Late Payment Policy

Payments are due within 15 days of invoicing. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee. If an invoice remains unpaid, work may be paused until payment is received.

Changes to Services

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing. Additional services or modifications may result in adjusted pricing.
